FARAH YURDOZU INTERVIEWS FRANK SORIANO
Frank Soriano is definitely one of those who were touched by the what we call Extra Terrestrials. But with a remarkable difference: his contact story comes with an authentic video of the UFO that abducted him.

I interviewed Frank Soriano at his home in Saratoga, in upstate New York. Frank and his wife Miriam are retired State Correction Officers. They worked together in prisons
for many years. Today they have three children and two grandkids. They shared a whole life including UFO sightings and possible Alien abductions.

Apart from UFO and abductions there is something very meaningful in this couple’s life. When they met each other Miriam was 8 and Frank was 12 years old. Both were living in New York City, in the same neighborhood. Miriam pointed at him and said: “I am going to marry him when I get grow.” Frank didn’t pay attention to that little girl and kept playing with his friends. Maybe Frank was busy with something else during the early years of his life such as the beginnings of alien contact. During a hypnotic regression conducted by Budd Hopkins, it was found out that Frank’s earliest childhood memories were of flying through the sky over the roofs of buildings. In another words, he was already touched although he wasn’t aware of the ET contact.

Frank and Miriam had some UFO sightings during the years. But with no pictures or video tapes it was difficult to prove anything. But on July 2, 1998, Frank had a surprise. He managed to video tape a metallic object in day time. The silver colored craft had a peanut shape. Between two metallic parts it was easy to see a dark, vertical line. The craft didn’t have any wings or a tail.

During the recording something happened. Frank’s movements suddenly got slower. Instead of running around the house to keep taping the object he went inside and left the camera on a table. Afterwards they couldn’t remember what happened in the rest of the day and the night. Soriano couple’s memory of July 2 was erased.

In the next eight days they didn’t talk about the UFO sighting. On July 10, Frank suddenly remembered about the video and decided to check it, and he found the startling image that he had recorded.

The footage was analyzed by Dr. Bruce Maccabee and the report was published in Mutual UFO Network UFO Journal’s January 1999 issue. Meanwhile Frank contacted Budd Hopkins and Carol Rainey. On their second meeting Frank and Miriam was hypnotically regressed by Budd Hopkins to the sighting day. Frank recounted how he was taken to the alien aircraft. Miriam’s regression showed that she had earlier alien abduction experiences as well. Both of them didn’t want to continue the regressions. They didn’t want to know what happened after they were in the alien craft. But it seems that since they were little kids they were abducted together. They were brought together. This is a well known side of alien abductions. Chosen little kids share alien experience all their life, grow together, get married, and keep the alien bond although they don’t remember anything in their conscious memory.

In fact Frank’s UFO investigation didn’t stop with the July 1998 case. He took the pictures of the same object in different locations and on different times. In July 1, 2003 and July 22, 2007 photographs it is possible to see the same, or similar looking, metallic, peanut-shaped craft. Interestingly in these three sightings the UFO was observed always in July. Why July? Is this only a coincidence, or maybe a message?

During our lengthy interview Frank Soriano generously shared all his records, pictures and experiences with me. I enjoyed visiting this amazing couple. They are a very important part of world UFO history.
