Legacy is important to Presidents - On January 15, 2009 on a cold night in Washington, D.C. President Bush did a short address  to the nation  saying "Good Bye to his 8 Years as President." Mostly he made the case that 9/11 changed the word and he felt he was successful in protecting America from future terror attacks.
